These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between bd17 ("we", "us", "platform") and any registered user ("you", "player"). By using the bd17 website, mobile version, or any related services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

1.2 Account Registration Process

2.1 Deposit Rules

The currently accepted deposit methods on the bd17 platform are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳500.

• You must use a mobile banking account registered in your own name when making a deposit.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions may be cancelled.

2.2 Withdrawal Rules

2.3 Currency and Taxes

All transactions on bd17 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Any tax liability applicable to your winnings is entirely your own responsibility. bd17 does not provide tax advice.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

The bd17 welcome bonus is a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus.

Terms applicable after activating the bonus:

• Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (20x wagering) before it can be withdrawn.
• For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus. A total of ৳40,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
• If the wagering is not completed within the specified time limit after claiming the bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Wagering with a bonus may be restricted on certain games.

3.2 VIP Cashback Program

bd17 has three VIP tiers awarded based on players' regular participation:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.7%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

Progression to a higher VIP tier depends on your activity and participation on the platform. Cashback is paid out at a set time each week.

3.3 General Bonus Policy

• bd17 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or exploitation of loopholes is found, the account may be closed.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same person or household are not permitted.
• The specific terms of each promotional offer will be published separately alongside that offer.

4.1 General Gaming Policy

A variety of games are available on the bd17 platform including slots, live casino, cricket betting, and bingo. Each game has its own rules which can be viewed in the game interface.

• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet amount for that game will be refunded.
• If a round is left incomplete due to a loss of internet connection, the server-side data will be considered final.

• Any form of manipulation or cheating to influence game results.
• Colluding with other players to earn bonuses or rewards.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

Violating these rules will result in the immediate closure of the account and the balance may be forfeited.

7.3 Account Suspension and Termination

bd17 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.

• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.

In the event of account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, however this may not apply in cases of rule violations.

8.1 Changes to Terms

bd17 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will publish a notice on the website. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms.

8.2 Service Availability

bd17 reserves the right to temporarily suspend services for maintenance, upgrades, or technical reasons. We make every effort to ensure continuity of service, however we are not liable to provide compensation for any disruptions.

8.3 Severability

If any clause of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unlawful, all remaining clauses excluding that clause will remain fully in effect.

8.4 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Guidelines together form the entire agreement between bd17 and the user.
